Do you offer long term discounts on serviced apartments?

Yes, we have discounts of upto 30% on all our serviced apartments suites. Its best to get in touch with our team in order to discuss your specific requirements as we have over 40 different configurations and cover many locations in Gurgaon.

Can we have a corporate tie up with Perch? What are the benefits?

With corporate tieups, your company employees will be eligible for discounts as well as all inclusive deals on the stay (included lunch and dinner for instance). In addition we can allocate you a serviced apartment or room from anywhere within our network - so if your employees prefer a garden facing room or an apartment with three bedrooms, we have got it all covered In addition, corporate tieups give you the added advantage of billing the stay to the company (BTC) and hence we can send the bill directly to the corporate. What if I want to start my own serviced apartment - can you offer me some help in that?

Most certainly. We have a well developed licensing model that works on the basis of us assisting your setup for 60 days. This works really well for service apartments that are either non operational (new) or are not performing upto the mark (so a turn around is needed).
